1) Harmony between labor and capital
Toyota doesn’t go on a strike since 1954. Entrepreneur Kiichiro Toyota, the chairman of Toyota cooperation, said that “Not fire employee is the duty of executive”. And this principle is why harmony between labor and capital. In addition, Employee’s opinion gathers through Kaizen. Kaizen (Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the better") refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, supporting business processes, and management.That guarantees competitiveness and stability of Toyota, and has influence on profit.
